16 At the end of clause 41 of Schedule 6
Add:
; and (c) regulations set out in or prescribed for the purposes of subsection 140H(2) of the repealed Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967, to the extent that those regulations were in force before the commencement of this clause.
