78   After subsection 489(4)

Insert:

(4A) If a dealing does not relate to a referable title, an application for approval of the dealing must be accompanied by:

(a) a copy of the application; and

(b) a copy, or an additional copy, of the instrument referred to in subsection (1); and

(c) a copy of any supplementary instrument.
