Social Security (Administration) Act 1999

35   After section 123TF

Insert:

123TFA Declared income management area

The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine that:

(a) a specified State; or

(b) a specified Territory; or

(c) a specified area;

is a declared income management area for the purposes of this Part.
