Schedule 2 Amendment of the Australian Law Reform Commission Act 1996
Part 1 Amendments
35 Subsection 36(1)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
(1) The President must convene:
(a) at least 2 meetings each financial year; and
(b) any other meetings that the President thinks necessary for the efficient performance of the Commission's functions.
