83   Paragraphs 34(2)(a) to (c)

Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:

(a) the Chief Executive Medicare;

(b) a Departmental employee (within the meaning of the Human Services (Medicare) Act 1973);

(c) a consultant to the Human Services Department;
