Part 1 General amendments
Dental Benefits Act 2008
86 Paragraphs 41(1)(a) to (c)
Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:
(a) the Chief Executive Medicare; or
(b) the Chief Executive Centrelink; or
(c) the Minister who administers:
(i) this Act; or
(ii) the Human Services (Medicare) Act 1973; or
(iii) the Social Security Act 1991 in so far as that Act relates to youth allowance; or
(iv) the A New Tax System (Family Assistance) Act 1999 in so far as that Act relates to family tax benefit; or
(v) the ABSTUDY scheme; or
