Higher Education Support Act 2003
7 Paragraphs 22-7(a) and (b)
Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:
(a) the body’s principal purpose is no longer, or is no longer taken to be, either or both of the following:
(i) to provide education;
(ii) to conduct research; and
