Part 6   Making the first Threshold Standards

28   Relevant Threshold Standards

(1) For each of the Threshold Standards described in subitem (2), this Part applies if:

(a) the Minister proposes to make standards of that kind under section 58 of the TEQSA Act; and

(b) standards of that kind have not previously been made under that section.

(2) The relevant standards are as follows:

(a) the Provider Registration Standards;

(b) the Provider Category Standards;

(c) the Provider Course Accreditation Standards;

(d) the Qualification Standards.
