SECTION 66   ASIC MAY ARRANGE FOR USE OF COMPUTER PROGRAMS TO MAKE DECISIONS  

66(1)    
ASIC may arrange for the use, under ASIC ' s control, of computer programs for any purposes for which ASIC may make decisions under this Act or the Transitional Act, other than a decision under subsection 57(6) of this Act or subitem 28(6) of Schedule 1 to the Transitional Act.

66(2)    
A decision made by the operation of a computer program under an arrangement made under subsection (1) is taken to be a decision made by ASIC.
