454 Application - liability of executive officers under the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007
The amendments of sections 47 and 48 of theNational Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007 made by this Part apply in relation to a contravention of a civil penalty provision that occurs after the commencement of this item.
