Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 1987
127 Subparagraph 34J(1)(a)(ii)
Repeal the subparagraph, substitute:
(ii) foreign confiscation proceedings have commenced, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect that such proceedings are about to commence, in a foreign country; and
