Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 1987
165 Subsection 43(2)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
(2) A document is duly authenticated for the purposes of subsection (1) if it purports to be signed or certified by a Judge, Magistrate or officer in or of a foreign country.
