Paid Parental Leave Act 2010
23 Paragraph 50(c)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(c) the day is not within:
(i) if the person suggested or requested that he or she perform work for the entity on that day - 14 days after the day the child was born; or
(ii) otherwise - 42 days after the day the child was born.
