Crimes (Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act 1990
3 Section 3 (paragraph (a) of the definition of Australian aircraft )
Omit "in accordance with the Civil Aviation Regulations as an Australian aircraft", substitute "under regulations made under the Civil Aviation Act 1988".
