Part 1 Definitions
1 Definitions
In this Schedule:
commencement time means the time Schedule 1 to this Act commences.
Privacy Act means the Privacy Act 1988.
transition period means the period:
(a) starting on the day this Act receives the Royal Assent; and
(b) ending immediately before the commencement time.
