Part 5 Strict liability offences
124 Subsection 243T(3)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
(3) An offence against subsection (1) is punishable on conviction by a fine not exceeding the greater of:
(a) 60 penalty units; and
(b) the amount of the excess.
