15 Subsection 9(1D)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
(1D) To avoid doubt, none of the following is a financial investment for the purposes of this Act:
(a) an accommodation bond;
(b) an accommodation bond balance;
(c) a refundable deposit;
(d) a refundable deposit balance.
