Dairy Produce Act 1986

26   Continuing application of provision

Despite the repeal of clause 53 of Schedule 2 to the Dairy Produce Act 1986 by this Schedule, that clause continues to apply in relation to a decision referred to in paragraph 53(1)(b) of Schedule 2 to that Act (as in force immediately before this item commences) as if that repeal had not occurred.
