28 Paragraph 112A(6)(b)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(b) when the advised payment is received by the employer, it is taken to be:
(i) a repayment of the anticipatory payment; and
(ii) the receipt of an amount for the purposes of section 74 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
