9 Paragraph 80(1)(a)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(a) a contravention of any of the following provisions:
(i) a provision of Part IV;
(ii) a provision of Division 2 or 5 of Part IVB;
(iii) section 60C;
(iv) section 60K; or
