Migration Act 1958
9 Paragraph 57(1)(a)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(a) would be the reason, or part of the reason:
(i) for refusing to grant a visa; or
(ii) for deciding that the applicant is an excluded fast track review applicant; and
