91 Subsection 249(1)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
(1) Subject to this Subdivision, the Minister may, by legislative instrument, amend the list by:
(a) including or deleting items from the list; or
(b) correcting an inaccuracy or updating the name of a marine species.
