Schedule 5 Disclosing tax information relating to proceeds of crime orders

3 Paragraph 355-70(5)(c) in Schedule 1
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(c) a court order (including a declaration or direction):
(i) under a State law or Territory law; and
(ii) relating to unexplained wealth.
