38 Subsection 159ZR(1) (definition of eligible income )
Omit "section 33 of theFinancial Management and Accountability Act 1997", substitute "section 65 of thePublic Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013(which deals with act of grace payments by the Commonwealth)".
