Director of Public Prosecutions Act 1983
4 Paragraphs 32A(5)(a) and (b)
Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:
(a) the Australian Government Solicitor (the AGS ); or
(b) another AGS lawyer (within the meaning of section 55I of the Judiciary Act 1903);
