10 Subsection 163A(1) of the Code set out in the Schedule
Omit "Legislative Instruments Act 2003 but subject to subsection (2) of this section, section 42", substitute "Legislation Act 2003 but subject to subsection (2) of this section, section 42 (disallowance)".
