214 Subclause 7(5) of Schedule 1
Repeal the subclause, substitute:
Retrospective application of regulations
(5) Subsection 12(2) (retrospective application of legislative instruments) of the Legislation Act 2003 does not apply to regulations made for the purposes of subclause (1) or (3) of this clause.
