375 Subsection 10(5)
Omit "takes effect on the date specified in the Rules, which must be the date on which the Rules are entered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments", substitute "commences on the date specified in the Rules, which must be the date on which the Rules are entered on the Federal Register of Legislation".
