Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006
3 Paragraphs 169(2)(c) and (d)
Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:
(c) in civil proceedings other than:
(i) proceedings under this Act; or
(ii) proceedings under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 that relate to this Act; or
(d) in criminal proceedings other than:
(i) proceedings for an offence against this Act; or
(ii) proceedings for an offence against the Criminal Code that relates to this Act.
