10   Section 15

Omit "a report has been lodged under section 422 or 533 of the Corporations Act, ASIC may investigate a matter to which the report relates", substitute "a report or return has been lodged under section 422, 422A, 422B or 533 of the Corporations Act, ASIC may investigate a matter to which the report or return relates".
