53 Electronic notification - notices under items 51 and 52
A notice may be given under item 51 or 52 of this Schedule by an electronic communication as defined in theElectronic Transactions Act 1999, whether or not the person consents as described in paragraph 9(2)(d) of that Act. This does not limit the ways in which the notice may be given.
