Repeal the note, substitute:
Note 1: In this context, Australia includes Norfolk Island, the Territory of Christmas Island, the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands and the coastal sea (see the definition of Australia in section 12 of this Act and section 15B of theActs Interpretation Act 1901).
