Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979
93 At the end of Part 1-1
Add:
4B Application to Norfolk Island
(1) This Act does not extend to Norfolk Island.
(2) Subsection (1) ceases to be in force when theTelecommunications Act 1992 (Norfolk Island) is repealed.
Note: Once subsection (1) ceases to be in force this Act will extend to Norfolk Island because of section 18 of theNorfolk Island Act 1979.
