13 Saving of regulations
(1) Regulations in force immediately before the commencement of this item for the purposes of item 4 of the table in subsection 6(1) of the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Fees Imposition Act 2015 (the Fees Act ) have effect after that commencement as if they had been made for the purposes of item 4 of the table in subsection 6(1) of the Fees Act as amended by this Act.
(2) Regulations in force immediately before the commencement of this item for the purposes of item 6 of the table in subsection 7(1) of the Fees Act have effect after that commencement as if they had been made for the purposes of item 6 of the table in subsection 7(1) of the Fees Act as amended by this Act.
