Division 2 Application, saving and transitional provisions
132 Saving - power to abolish tribunals
(1) This item applies in relation to a tribunal of Norfolk Island established by or under an enactment before the commencement time.
(2) To avoid doubt, despite the repeal of Division 2 of Part VII of the old law by this Schedule, the tribunal may be abolished byan enactment made under the new law.
