Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024
This section applies if the decision-maker for a decision is required to give the Tribunal or a party to a proceeding a statement or copy of a document under this Subdivision.
29(2)
This section applies despite subsection 27(1) and section 28 .
29(3)
If: (a) a person applies to the Tribunal for an order under section 70 prohibiting or restricting the publication or other disclosure of information in the statement or copy; and (b) the person gives the Tribunal the statement or copy; and (c) the person gives a copy of the application for the order to each party to the proceeding for review of the decision (other than the person);
the decision-maker does not need to give the statement or copy unless the Tribunal, after making its decision on the application for the order, orders the decision-maker to do so.
