Reserve Bank Act 1959
36 Subsection 25E(1)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
(1) Each member of the Payments System Board must, before first starting to act as a member of the Board:
(a) make an oath or affirmation of allegiance; and
(b) make a declaration of secrecy.
