Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986
105 Subsections 212(1) to (3)
Repeal the subsections, substitute:
(1) The Minister may, by writing, delegate all or any of the Minister's powers under this Act to:
(a) a commissioner; or
(b) an APS employee.
Note: Sections 34AA to 34A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 contain provisions relating to delegations.
