(b) definition of member ;
(c) definition of National Registrar ;
(d) definition of Principal Member ;
(e) definition of Registrar ;
(f) definition of relevant documentary medical evidence ;
(g) definition of review ;
(h) definition of Senior Member ;
(i) definition of Services member .
