Repeal the item, substitute:

the collection, use or disclosure is for the purpose of: (a) communicating or managing health information or information about support services, as relating to healthcare or support services to a healthcare recipient; or (b) health administration; or (c) the provision of indemnity cover for a healthcare provider; or (d) communicating or managing health information or information about support services provided to a healthcare recipient, as part of the conduct of research that has been approved by a Human Research Ethics Committee or under another Australian law |
