Health and Other Services (Compensation) Act 1995
91 Subsection 3(1) (definition of residential care)
Repeal the definition, substitute:
residential care means a funded aged care service (within the meaning of the Aged Care Act 2024) delivered in a residential setting (within the meaning of that Act).
