95   Application provision - denials of access

(1) Section 16 of the Payment Systems (Regulation) Act 1998, as inserted by this Part, applies in relation to a denial of access to a designated payment system that occurred before, on or after the commencement of this Part.

(2) A request made by a person to the Reserve Bank under section 16 of the Payment Systems (Regulation) Act 1998 before the commencement of this Part, and in relation to which the Reserve Bank had not made a decision immediately before that commencement, is taken, on and after that commencement, to have been made under subsection 16(2) of that Act as inserted by this Part.
