96 Application provision - notification of Federal Court applications
(1) Subject to subitem (2), subsection 17(2) of the Payment Systems (Regulation) Act 1998, as amended by this Part, applies in relation to an application to the Federal Court made by a person before, on or after the commencement of this Part.
(2) Subitem (1) does not apply if, before the commencement of this Part, the person notified the Reserve Bank of the application under subsection 17(2) of that Act
