Part 1   Amendments of Part 5.3 of the Criminal Code

Criminal Code Act 1995

6   Amendments of listed provisions - serious Part 5.3 or 5.3A offence

After "serious Part 5.3" (wherever occurring), insert "or 5.3A" in the following provisions:

(a) section 105A.1 of the Criminal Code;

(b) the definition of relevant expert in subsection 105A.2(1) of the Criminal Code:

(c) subparagraph 105A.3(1)(a)(ii) of the Criminal Code;

(d) paragraphs 105A.3A(4)(c) and (5)(f), 105A.6(4)(a) and (7)(a), (c), (d) and (g), 105A.6B(1)(c) and (i), 105A.7(1)(b) and 105A.7A(1)(b) of the Criminal Code;

(e) subsection 105A.7B(1) of the Criminal Code;

(f) paragraph 105A.9A(4)(d) of the Criminal Code;

(g) subsection 105A.9B(1A) of the Criminal Code;

(h) paragraphs 105A.9C(1)(a) and (b) and 105A.12A(1)(b) and (2)(b) of the Criminal Code;

(i) subsections 105A.12A(3) and (4) and 105A.18D(1) of the Criminal Code;

(j) paragraphs 105A.18D(3)(a) and (7)(a), (c), (d) and (g) of the Criminal Code.
