17 Subsection 3(1) (definition of terrorist act)
Repeal the definition, substitute:
terrorist act means:
(a) a terrorist act within the meaning of subsection 100.1(1) of the Criminal Code; or
(b) a state terrorist act within the meaning of the Criminal Code.
