71 After subparagraph 5D(1)(e)(va)
Insert:
(vb) Division 111 of the Criminal Code (state terrorist acts etc.); or
(vc) Division 112 of the Criminal Code (dealings with state sponsor of terrorism); or
(vd) Division 113 of the Criminal Code (financing state terrorist act targeted at Australia); or
