A New Tax System (Family Assistance) Act 1999
2 Subsection 85CA(4)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
Child in need of wellbeing support
(4) The Minister's rules may prescribe circumstances in which a child is or is not taken to be a child in need of wellbeing support.
