199 At the end of subsection 15MT(1)
Add:
; (e) whether, for the purposes of subparagraph 15MS(1)(e)(iv), (2)(e)(iv) or (3)(e)(iv), the conduct is for the purpose of an IGIS official exercising a power, or performing a function or duty, as an IGIS official.
