Detachable firearm magazine having a capacity of more than 30 rounds (other than a firearm magazine to which item 14A, 14B, 15, 16 or 16A applies), whether or not attached to a firearm. |
The importation must comply with at least one of the following tests: (a) the official purposes test; (b) the specified purposes test; (c) the specified person test; (d) the returned goods test. |
