62   After paragraph 765A(1)(x)

Insert:

(xa) public digital token infrastructure;

(xb) a right, interest or benefit arising:

(i) out of conducting activities described in paragraph 9E(2)(b) (about consensus activities involving public digital token infrastructure); and

(ii) whether or not because of the possession of a digital token;
